Los Angeles adds crossings on high-injury streets

LADOT highlights new crosswalks on corridors where severe crashes are concentrated.

The city says the new crossings are on its High Injury Network, a small share of city streets accounting for a large share of deaths and serious injuries for people walking. The changes are part of its street-safety work.
